• The competition closes at 23:59 on September 27th 2015
• Due to postal charges, this competition is only open to UK residents.
• Enteries are only valid if entered on the above form before the stated competion closing date.
• Only entries with the correct answer to the competition question will be entered into the drawing.
• Entries are limited to one entry per person
• By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria set forth herin
• Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the competition organizer
• One prize will be awarded. No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted. The prize is non-transferable
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
• The winner will be selected in a random drawing, and will be notified via email to the email address they entered on the above form within five (5) days following the winner selection. IanCoatesThrillers will have no liability for a winner's failure to receive such notification due to winner's spam, junk email or other security settings or for winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time the award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
• IanCoatesThrillers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend this competition should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, hardware failure, fraud or other issues beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper control of the competition. In such cases, IanCoatesThrillers may select the recipient from all eligible entries received prior to that. IanCoatesThrillers reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper wtih the entry process or the operation of the competition or website, or who violates these terms and conditions.
• IanCoatesThrillers has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the competition, to avoid votes for any reasons including, but not limited to, multiple enteries from the same user from different IP addresses in excess of those allowed by the competition rules; multiple entries from othe same computer in excess of those allowed by the competition rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means of entering. 
• By entering the competition, you agree to receive a quarterly email newsletter from IanCoatesThrillers. You can opt-out of this emailing by removing the selection on the entry form or by clicking the unscubscribe link in the newsletter.
• By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless IanCoatesThrillers and those associated with it from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the competition and acceptance, posession, use, or misuse of any prize (ii) technical failure of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission or telephone or internet service (iv)unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration or promotion or the processing of entries.
